Manager (HRD) (Male/Female) (Age 40-45 years)
Should be from service/hospitality industry having more than 8 years of HR/IR experience with a reputed organization. Should have excellent communication skills & capability to manage a large work force of blue and white collar employees. Thorough knowledge on labor laws & statutory liabilities related to HR & Payroll is necessary, should be very energetic with high motivational frame of mind.
